Better news algorithm
We have now rolled out the changes to our algorithm and the news detection is a lot faster.
Buzz implementation is a little delayed, but will hopefully be up at the end of this week.
Faster news detection
We are currently recoding the way we store links. This will result in even faster hot news detection.

V2 (release version) going through internal beta
V2 is now undergoing internal beta after some delay. We did encounter some problems when adding new features to the parser that are solved now. Who would’ve thought an IT-project could have unforeseen delays ;)
We also did manage to get some time off work to enjoy the awesome Swedish summer.
Anyway, stay tuned for V2 that will pop up right after the internal beta.

New version out shortly
The new version of the front and backend of the site will be up in a couple of days. Stay tuned for that! The new site will be up for a week then we plan to go live! Exciting!
Many many thanks to all our users for beta testing.
What's going on at Njuice?
At the moment we are hard at work with the release version of the site. This includes, amongst other things a completely new parser to gather social media activity, support for different languages, themed categories and a new design. We plan to have the site live for a while and test it out before we go loud and public about it. We are already seeing a lot of traffic on the site which is great...
